NY State of Health lets you shop for, compare, and buy a health plan  online, in person or over the phone.  We offer expert “helpers” for  every step of the process.  Starting today, trained representatives  are ready to answer questions and provide information to  consumers and small businesses. Customer Service hours of operation are: Monday – Friday 8am - 5pm You are among the first to learn that our Customer Service  Center is now open!  If you have questions about health plans, financial assistance,  or anything else about NY State of Health please call our  Customer Service Representatives at 1-855-355-5777.
