State aid to assist Central New York arts, cultural group with projects

Arts and Cultural organizations in central New York have received state funds for projects that promote economic development in the area. The Central New York Jazz Arts Foundation in one of these organizations. They are planning a arts conferences as well as a weekend arts festival in Syracuse. Many other organizations have big plans for these funds.
